Free shipping to Australia

At FASHIONOVA, we're proud to offer you fast shipping options including free overnight shipping to major cities and free standard shipping to all other areas. This service is automatically applied to all orders over $60 at checkout.

 

Postage and handling costs

Enjoy Free shipping on all orders over $60 to Australia (or just $9.95 for orders under $60). All costs are in Australian dollars.

 

Order tracking

Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including – depending on your item’s origin and your choice of delivery method. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

 

Signing for deliveries

To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front porch). We’ll ask you to select your preferences at checkout. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.

 

Changing your shipping address

We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse.

All New Zealand orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Due to COVID-19, delivery to New Zealand is taking longer than expected.

Return Policy

Following rules apply to all returns. Items must be:

  1. Returned within 30 days of purchase and 
  2. Must be unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached and 
  3. In the original packaging
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your purchased item(s) meets all of the conditions above, then you can return it/them to us. 

 

If you are not satisfied with our products.

We highly value your satisfaction. If our products fall short of your expectations, you are welcome to return them within 30 days for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping cost. If you've ordered multiple pairs, please remember that only one pair of socks should be opened to retain your eligibility for a refund. Similarly, if you've ordered different styles, only one pair of socks from each style should be opened to ensure your refund eligibility.


If your item is faulty.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

 

And here's the fine print:

Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. So make sure you love your purchase before you tear into it! You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in tip-top condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.

 

 How do I return my purchase?

We provide free returns for faulty items only.

However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to return your item for various reasons.

Here's how we refund - if you paid via Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
